PUBLICATION OF MANUSCRIPTS
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Please note that IEEE and conference reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library that does not meet IEEE standards.
Any paper found to be non-compliant with the conference’s acceptance criteria or fails to fulfill camera-ready preparation instructions and incorporate reviewer comments, after being included in the proceedings distributed on site, will be excluded from the final proceedings.
POLICY REGARDING NON-PRESENTED PAPERS
IEEE and conference reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library if a paper is not presented.
If a paper is included in the proceedings distributed on site and is later identified as a non-presented paper, that paper will be still included in the proceedings delivered to IEEE. However those papers will be archived but will not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore. Copyright of non-presented papers is still retained by IEEE.
PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS
Submitted manuscripts should be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) (paper format). The review version must be in English and not exceed 6 pages of length and Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format (formatted for 8.5×11-inch paper) via the ICECCE 2024 Microsoft CMT submission site (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICECCE2024). Submissions must be original contributions that have not been published previously, nor already submitted to other conferences or journals in parallel with this conference. Submissions must include a title, abstract clarifying the relation of the paper with the topics above, keywords, author(s) and affiliation(s) with postal and e-mail address(es) and phone number(s). The paper must clearly state the problem being addressed, the goal of the work, the results achieved, and the relation to other work. Paper titles and/or author names cannot be changed and/or added to the papers once papers are submitted to ICECCE 2024 for review. Industry papers must be clearly marked as such, so that they can be appropriately reviewed by the program committee. Concerning length and formatting, industry papers must follow the same rules and guidelines as research papers. The Program Committee reserves the right to not review papers that either exceed the length specification or have been submitted or published elsewhere. A paper must be registered by the deadline indicated below:

REVIEW OF MANUSCRIPTS
All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the independent reviewers with following criteria:
1) Originality, technical correctness, relevance,
2) Innovation, contribution to knowledge base and quality of presentation/writing, clarity/organization of content
3) Objectives, research methods, theoretical and applied focus, outcomes, and potential practical application
A CONFERENCE ARTICLE OR PAPER SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS:
- TECHNICAL OR SCIENTIFIC SOUNDNESS AND NOVELTY: technically or scientifically
sound and new or innovative methods or approaches to a problem (or its examination) in a given
subject area that is within the conference’s scope. - WRITTEN QUALITY: a presentation that delivers its information in sufficient written English
quality to enable readers to follow the narrative easily, and which can be used by the appropriate
audiences to further their knowledge or research.
Metadata – title, keywords, abstract, professional affiliation(s), and cited references in the
bibliography must be included, and written in the English Language.
Abstract – a brief and objective summary that previews the rest of the paper it describes. It
should be succinct yet provide enough information about the paper to facilitate a decision on
whether the entire paper could be read with profit.
Introduction – an introductory statement of the purpose of the paper, usually describing the
hypothesis that will be tested and a summary of related previous work by others.
Methods – the methods that are used to test the hypothesis should be given in sufficient detail
that another researcher in the field could duplicate the testing.
Results – the hypothesis should be tested and data representing the results of the testing
presented.
Conclusion – the data should be discussed and the results interpreted, and conclusions given.
An accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors registered at the relevant registration rate.

REGARDING VISA AND ACCOMODATION
Regarding visa requirements: We will furnish an invitation/acceptance letter. However, it is the responsibility of the authors to gather other visa-related information and follow procedures from the respective consulate/official websites, as these requirements can vary between countries. Completing Visa requirements and Obtaining Visa is entirely the responsibility of authors.
Authors are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. For accommodations near the venue, you can search on booking.com or agoda.com.
The conference schedule is slated to be unveiled on 15 October 2024.
The first day of the conference will be in-person, while the second day will be conducted entirely virtually. Consequently, all physical papers are scheduled for presentation on the first day.
