Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished work for possible presentation at the conference. The papers should be based on any the topics related to the objectives of the conference. The technical papers will be accepted up to 6 pages formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font), (paper format). Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically in PDF format via the ICECCE 2025 Microsoft CMT submission site: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICECCE2025. All papers will be evaluated based on their novelty, fundamental insight, experimental evaluation, and potential for long-term impact; new-idea papers are encouraged.
