VIRTUAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES (Please be aware that these instructions are exclusively for virtual participants)

1- In what manner will the virtual presentations of papers be conducted?

Your recorded video presentation will be played during the virtual conference. If feasible, we encourage you to join the conference room for a live question and answer session during your presentation. The presentations will be streamed in various parallel rooms/sessions virtually.

(We will provide you with the ZOOM meeting/virtual room links for live participation via email on October 15th. The Conference Program, including the time, date, session, and room details for each paper, will also be published on conference website on October 15th).

2- Duration of the video presentation:

Each presenter will create a presentation video with a maximum duration of 10-12 minutes.

3- How to record the video presentation using ZOOM:

Initially, create your PowerPoint (PPT) slides using any appropriate template. Subsequently, utilize Zoom for video recording purposes (alternatively, you may employ any other screen recording software). Ensure that the file is in MP4 format, and the filename should be the “Paper ID Number.”

4 – How to Submit the video presentation:

5 – Instructions for Video Recording with ZOOM

1. Install the Zoom by Clicking the Link: https://zoom.us/client/latest/ZoomInstaller.exe

2. Create a Login Account.

3. Start a New Meeting with video.

4. Click “Join with Computer Audio”.


5. Open your PPT Presentation.

6. Click Slide Show / View Show (or F5) and Start Presentation.

7. Your Zoom interface will display as follows. Choose “Share Screen,” and a list of open windows will appear. Subsequently, select your PowerPoint (ppt) presentation.


8. Your display will resemble the image below, allowing you the flexibility to navigate and position your view anywhere on the screen.

9. To initiate video recording, click on More -> Record from the top menu.

10. You are currently recording a video with audio. Present your PPT/Paper. Once the presentation is complete, conclude the recording by selecting End Meeting. When you end the recording, Zoom will convert your video to MP4. Subsequently, you can submit this video to us via the provided Google form at: https://forms.gle/pEcAdrDyG8F7A7Cc6
